As in topic, I want to read data via NPort, i have crossed cable 3 & 8 with 3 & 4 and NPort send Tx pacet but i didn't have respose. What i have to do to solve this problem?

Your question is very vague.

Please provide more information about your setup and what you tried yourself.

Things popup in my mind:

* Is the PLC containing a program to read/write serial data or are you starting from scratch?
* Cable correct? (A- 4<->8, B+ 3<->3, *GND 5<->2) *if needed
* Cable Properly terminated?
* Check program it's receiving / writing.

* Tx/Rx blinks on the Nport?
* what you send over the ethernet is the same on the RS485 interface?
* able to perform a loop-back check or able to connect another RS485 / Nport interface?

In general, I try connect with cMT-G02 by ethernet (on this device i have OPC UA serwer) to my S7-200 via NPort 5130 (NPort-RS connect to S7-200 ; NPort-Eth connect to cMT-G02)

Yes, I have scratch i read value directly by cMT-G02 by RS and its working now i want to do this by ethernet

Yes, i connect it correctly

Thats my problem only Tx blinks

I try send the same (option that working properly on RS-485) and option "via ethernet" (selected on cMT-G02 "S7-200 (Ethernet)" on NPort "TCP client"
* able to perform a loop-back check or able to connect another RS485 / Nport interface?
I try to do this by connect other RS cable (i cut wire and connect by wago 3 RS plugs) but it didn't work. Can you tell me how i have to do this ?

Please explain highlighted in bold.

As far i can understand you try to access the process data directly by port 0/1 so not using freeport-mode as I thought, so a free-port program is not needed. But still i don't follow how you setup is connected and what part is working and what is not.

I don't think that's going to work.

I believe cMT-G02 Is not able to talk directly to the RS485 port by means of just a LAN RS485 converter.  I'ts missing the "PPI/MPI" conversion. (same idea as the RS232 Multi Master Adapter) It works however if you use a S200 Ethernet module.

Why are you not using the RS485 port on the cMT-G02. This should work fine.

U can try use as second NPort5130 in a master slave setup (RS485 - LAN - RS485), but I have no experience with this. In theory this should work.

Are you not able to communicate to the OPC server om the LAN port of the cMT-G02 and use the RS485 port on the PLC? This is a way to "communicate over LAN" (ISO-TSAP on port 102), or i'm still missing something.

The Communication processor CP 243-1 Ethernet adapter. Any LAN MPI Gateway should work. but because the cMT-G02 is a LAN gateway it makes no sens to me for you to acquire a CP 241 or an additional LAN gateway.
