this is a default setting of the recipe.

By default the recipe tags are "offline" only by using the functions to download and upload in/from PLC the data will be transfered.

If you do not want this behaviour then you can disable these setting:

Recipe-> Properties-> Synchronisation -> Manual Transfer of individual modified values (Teach in mode)

If you disable this checkbox then the recipe values will have a direct link to the Data in DB like "normal" tags.
