Are you trying to use ISO file to install or it is installed using a DVD? |

hi you need download the STEP 7 (had the same issue) from there https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/gb/en/view/106448872 and install it again note: as soon as you have the license (existing license will be preserved) this is a full version. it is trial when no license is installed. THE WINCC SHOULD BE EASY TO FIND FROM THE ABOVE LINK |
