Hello omery; I will answer your 2nd question first: to run and operate a WinCC project on a PC, you will need to install either WinCC Advanced v15.1 or WinCC Professional v15.1 on that PC, and install a Runtime license for execution of your program on that PC.
The following document shows in more details the steps to start a WinCC Advanced project on a PC: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/54430386/35361698059 This discussion hghlights the main differences between WinCC levels, including Advanced amd WinCC Professional: Professional is more powerful, closer to a SCADA system; Advanced works more like an HMI running on a PC. https://support.industry.siemens.com/forum/WW/en/posts/different-between-wincc-versions/133082 See the vdeo link below for an introduction on the first steps required to start a project on a WinCC Advanced platform. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

Hello omery; When you say SCADA project, do you mean a WinCC Professional RT project? I can suggest the Getting Started with WinCC RT Professional manual in ths link, and the video below: And in the following discussion our friend Ganes provides the link to the sample project HMI_Color_Mixing that is the basis of the WinCC RT Professional tutorial: https://support.industry.siemens.com/forum/ww/en/posts/getting-started-wincc-v12/93693/?page=0&pageSize=10 Hope this helps, |

Hello omery If you work with WinCC Professional then you should set every station with this FAQ and if you load the program you can work with this FAQ. Bye Murof |
