Hi All,

I'm interested in ways that I can automatically test my system via the HMI, e.g. programmatically click buttons, verify that colors, texts, values, etc. change as expected.  If you’re familiar with Selenium for testing web applications, I’m thinking of something similar for WinCC HMIs.  Has anyone done something like this, or does anyone have any ideas on how this could be accomplished?  

For reference, my system uses WinCC Professional V15.1 on Windows 10.

You can test your application with the Simulator, you don´t need any external.
If you need simulate the signal, you can use PLCSIM and PLCSIM Advanced with more features.

I understand that I can test the application via PLCSIM or PLCSIM Advanced.  What I'm looking to do is run a fully automated set of tests against my application, including the HMI, without any intervention from a human.  I'm curious if there's a way to do this that anyone is aware of.

 Aaron, were you ever able to solve this, either with Selenium or some other way?
