We have two  wincc server redundant (master-standby) and several clients.when  status of a tag changed in master , status of this tag  doesn't update in standby server. is this normal? or can we resolve that?

other things between servers and server- clients are correct.

We use wincc rt professional v 16.0.

You can find more information about synchronization between servers in the application example "Redundancy in WinCC V7.x and WinCC Professional". Make sure that the communication buses are well configured and do not suffer communication saturation. Review the example and its configuration.
