Hello I had similar problem but suddenly i realised I-Device Adressing on CM module. After i fix this , i have same problem again . I am still searching where is the Input 50 to 55 . It is weard that we have to check all the hardware addressing one by one . There must be a harware addressing list like assignment list that is already present for tags . ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

From your posted image(s), your I-Device configuration is not complete. It needs the IO Controller configured (perhaps from the "Network View" click-drag between the I-Device PN port and the IO controller (the PLC which is using the I-Device for I/O). Once that is configured, the I/O interface must be ADDED (in the region of your posted image that was written "Check here"). Add the I-device's inputs and outputs, with the "local" address, and the "remote" address details completed. Once you do that, you will have access to your I-Device I/O from the IO Controller's PLC logic in the "Remote" address memory addresses. Hopefully this makes sense. You can of course look up how to configure an I-Device in the TIA Portal F1-Help and step through it on your own without waiting for others to guide you. I find it much more productive when I can get something done by simply using the local resources available to me. Sometimes I play "pretend" in a temporary (sandbox) project and try to configure hardware until I get it to function as expected. Then I do it one time in the real project. This approach can help avoid accidentally forcing a basic (licensed) portal project into a professional (licensed) portal project.
