Showing Continuous Data to HMI

My question is, first of all in my project, i want to show fill level tank, which is continuous data, but when i simulate in my HMI, the value always back to 0 every acquisition cycle. How can i solve this problem, so that data will keep the value from previous cycle, not to back to 0 again? Thanks!

In my opinion, the configuration is correct, so the behaviour you mention should not happens. Which exact version of TIA Portal are you using? Have you installed latest updates? Does the same behaviour ocurr with tags, Tank_level_4 and Tank_level_5?

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 1/9/2026 Posts: 16629 Rating: (1944)	Hello Farkim you should not use so much tags with 100ms and cyclic continous as aquisition cycle -> this could cause performance issues in communication and system perfoemance if in the io field is not shown the correct value as in the PLC (open a tag table in the plc and check the value) then it could be that you use this HMI tag also in a recipe. Do you use recipies? Bye Murof
