VN-NGT Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Dear SIEMENS support team, We tried to install DIGSI 5 V8.40 and it stoped in prerequisite step. The error report is attached with the email. My Laptop use ryzen chip and win10 pro. Does it affect to installation? (because my coworker's Laptop uses Intel chip install sofware nomally.) Please help me for this issue. Best Regards. I recommend not using personal emails, specially "Gmails" and other similar services. They must know who you are, where you from and where you work or which company you represent before sending any information due to export control. Regards, Mike
