do you want to use the tag logging functionality of the runtime or do you want to create your own log files (With VB Script). both would be possible.

If you use the logging of he runtime, then you hae to use the sytemfunction "LogTag" and the OnDemand Mode of the log tag.

-> you could use a Trigger Tag by event Value Change and use the systemfunction here (set acquisitionmode to cyclic continueous) but then every value change will log your tag also the 1->0

there is no special 0->1 event.
