i would like to know if its possible in TIA Portal to link directely in the HWConfig an input to a DB tag. to avoid to write it in the program

Do this in the HWConfig:

DB1.DBX0.0 := %1.0;

Would it help your situation to mention that with the S7-1200 and S7-1500, an input / output of UDT type can be created?

Also indirect addressing techniques are there to move I/O data to/from DBs on mass. But the I/O points must already be ordered.

What is your exact difficulty?

Usually i use a mapping FC , to write all inputs in a DB. This to work only  with DB variable in the program.

For example: if a start pump button is connect to %I0.1, in the mapping FC i transfer I0.1 to DB1.DBX0.1.

Then in the program to start the pump, i will use DB1.DBX0.1, instead of %I0.1.

Now i no longer  want to use this mapping FC and i would like to  associate the inputs to DB tags, directly in the hardwareConfiguration ( if it's possible), like on other PLCs providers
