Hello everyone!

I am currently facing a problem while trying to change the IP adress of the Sinamics S120 servo drive to a different one. My project will be used for twice on site, therefore I am in need to change the IP adress to a different one.

Whenever I even go to the device view the TIA Portal v16.6 (project is on version 16.0) crashes, unfortunately I cannot edit the IP from the Network Configuration, where I expand the list of devices and addresses.

When I click on the ethernet port of the device I can see the IP address that is set, but as soon as I click on it to edit it, the program crashes.

This servo drive is configured to work with a different motor (not siemens) and different encoder, and configuring it was a lot of work, therefore it would be best to just change the address .... 

All other devices (PLC, ET200, switches and other GSD are working just fine).

I've obtained the dump file created by TIA, but I am helpless as to what to do with it. Please find it attached to the post (the original format is .udd, I've changed it to txt so that I can upload it).

Any advice would be appreciated!
