I need to a timer with time varible intrrubted.(S7_1515)

How can I measure this exact time?(1ms) (a ON-delay timer with intrrubted output)

Ask for system time when a timer starts timing, and then ask for it again when you need a precise time delta (using T_DIFF to calculate time difference).

You can enable the timer during a cyclic PLC scan, and with some interrupt OB capture the time of the interrupt.

Then do the math (T_DIFF) during the cyclic PLC scan.  We want to reduce the work done during an interrupt OB, so off-loading the T_DIFF to a cyclic OB is often best.

If you use a time interrupt OB, you can obtain an accurate and repeatable time difference, but it is limited to the capabilities of the PLC used.  S7-1200's are limited to 1ms, and S7-1500's depend on the model # for how quickly they can reliably run a time interrupt OB.

OB1 and other cyclic OBs have a variable scan time, so from one PLC cyclic scan to the next, the time delta between successive PLC scans vary.

Have you used TIA Portal's F1-help and reviewing the instruction pane's available instructions to answer your question?

Search terms in F1-Help like "Cyclic Time Interrupt OB" or "Types of OBs" or "types of organizational blocks", you may find the OB# (which is auto-assigned by TIA Portal) is not nearly as important as the name. I appreciate that you might think I have the OB #'s memorized - which I do not - which might cause me to look the numbers up (since I tend to know them by their name rather than number).

Are you asking how to modify the OB configured property / attribute phase shift (offset) via plc programming?

(While an OB/FB/FC is open) Open or expand the instruction pane.  In the top of the pane is a box where you can type things.  Type "Interrupt" and then click the funny symbol that tends to point down.  It will look at the various instructions and their descriptions for the word "Interrupt" each time you click that button.

If you hover over each instruction, it gives a brief description and a direct link to more detailed help in the F1-Help system.

I think you will find your answer pretty quickly.
