Siemens has removed downloads for older versions of software. You need to speak to Siemens directly if you need to get hold of older software. For your case the message is helpful. The latest version in the V13-series is V13 SP2 Update 4. This version is available as if a full download instead of an update download. You need to make a fresh installation with what is provided on: Be sure to page down beyond the warning introduction. |
