Blessed and happiest 2023. Kindly, this is to seek your support with regards to CIP service tool. I had downloaded the tool in order to know the appropriate tags required for omron controller, however tried to open several times in different workstations, e.g., laptop, desktop (windows 7 and 10) but unable to open the application.

Same thing, I downloaded CIP Service Tool and installed it. But when I tried to launch it nothing happens (I tried on different laptop with different configuration) 

Maybe something wrong with the application

a little late, but since theres no solution yet...

if you use windows10 copy the file "System.Windows.Interactivity.dll"

(C:\ProgramData\Siemens\CIP Client Service Tool\ *find it here)

and paste to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Expression\Blend\.NetFramework\v4.0\Libraries (if the directory doesnt exist, create it)

worked for me.
