When i upload the program this massage appear during upload software program and after hardware configuration uploaded successfully 

And it also appears when i trying to open specific pages of the program in show mode without uploading program and this causes the TIA to close immediately

hard to say where the problem is. It can be corrupted instalation of TIA or not installed maybe SP or Update to last version. There was also situation that PC HW has some problems and did this kind of problems. If you maybe describe your exact Win OS version and expected TIA version you want install, maybe from where you have instalation package then some one can give you more help.

I use windows 10 pro ver 1607 with tia portal v14 sp1 last updated

I was wondering if the Windows language or zone could affect this problem
