Reintegration not working with Keyence SZ-V

ACK_GL function is called in Safety... The QBAD on the Hardware device for the Scanner stays Active... only way I can get rid of it is by downloading its project again... any advice on how to reintegrate via a CPU quit function which I also have... just it doesnt quit the device...

Is there a error in the device? Some thir party devices needs a safety reset via the telegram, and not the global ACK_GL. Have you contacted Keyence support on the issue?
