TIA V14 SP1 Update 10 installation error

I read it but don't know what is the reason. Would you please support to help me? Thank you! (1) TIA Portal does not like installing on Windows Home. Better to use Windows Pro or better. (2) Are you attempting to install the update directly or do you have a base installation already in place? This installation should be in the V14 SP1 branch for the update to be effective.

I checked V14SP1 system requirement and Windows Home is only for Step 7 Basic. I think I have to install Windows again @@.
