Migrate project from Step 7 to TIA portal V18: PROTOOL missing software package

Can you please help me ? ( I have already tried option to save project 'with reorganisation' and also tried in TIA portal V16 is not working ) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from PROTOOL missing software package .
