In my portal robot case, when I test it with PLCSim using virtual axis in Technology Objects, I get random actual positions for each axis. This will not happen when I test it with the real system, right? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Synchronization problem of two axes.

This will not happen when I test it with the real system, right? I do not actually understand what you mean by this. Could you elaborate more ? Explain the effect you got and under what circumstances it happened. As far as I remember, I have never experienced a discrepancy between PLCSim and hardware behavior. Which actually means that even if they happened, they were so minor that they weren't worth remembering.

By the way that is a simulation that's why in Technology Objects when I configure hardware configuration of axis I'm saying that is a virtual axis. There's a checkbox there at the top of Linear and Rotary. I am marking this confirmation section because I do not have real hardware and I will control this axis through simulation. My question is, when I come to the commision section, the current position of my axis in TO, that is X1, appears as a number like 286371236. I guess I won't get such a figure when I have real hardware? I want to learn just this
