i have  issue in Tia V17 ,when download the programme to the HMI and select fit ,it give un error  HMI RT2. Please give solution

• What type of device are you using?
• What version of the device is configured and what image version is installed on the device?
• What type of connection are you using for downloading (PN/IE, Ethernet, …)?
• Would it be possible to provide a screenshot?
