Please could you confirm the steps or manual which would describe the procedure of setting up a server, eng station and 2 wincc clients to talk to each other.

At the moment i have an old project which i had to configure to local IP that we are using.

What i did so far:

1. I "compiled all" and downloaded the project to the server.
2. I can see the files in the server under C:\users\public\public documents\siemens\wincc projects

How i understand the next steps

1. Share the folder with the project to everyone - but which folder exactly needs sharing - should it be whole "Siemens" folder?
2. After Sharing i need to go to the clients and be able via network access to navigate to the shared folder and select project for the client A and also project for the client - shall i load the project for the server or is it automatically loaded?
3. After loading clients it should all be talking

I am getting this error when trying to load the project to the server runtime.

The user that was used to log in to the PC is already a member of the HMI group so totally confused about this message...
