Unfortunately we do not have access to the S7-200 SMART product range. I am guessing that what you see with the locks are subroutines that are password protected.

Siemens provides software blocks in a library that can be used as if these are instructions. Modbus communication is an example. The code inside those blocks are protected and cannot be changed by users. Users can also lock the subroutine with a password to protect the design.

It should be possible to open the locked subroutines if you know the password.

There is nothing this forum can help you with if you want to crack the password protected blocks. No sense in password protecting code blocks if there is a very public way to open them.
