1. Scan Delay -> is the timeout set between two devices.
2. Telegram Delay -> is the timeout set between two telegrams requests.

Thank you for your reply! The only thing which left unknown is the default time, when none of these is unspecified.

Just a comment: I would call that delays - delay, not timeout, because timeout usually refers to the event which never occurs (like watchdog timer which expired).
E.g. "Frame timeout" and "Character timeout" refer to the maximal allowed time.
