Ip conflict vlan on p02

I get an error when I plug my ethernet cable onto the vlan, but it disappears when I remove it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from SCALANCE XC206-2 SFP, Managed errors meanings.

The obvious question is, have you checked that there is no ip conflicts in the devices connected to the network, including your PC.
