I tried to upload PLC backup from 1200 cpu but it shows

1. TIA13 PRO SP1 -"hardware configuration was created and downloaded with an incompatible version"

2.TIA13 PRO SP2 -"hardware configuration was created and downloaded with an incompatible version" .

3.TIA13 BASIC SP1 -"hardware configuration was created and downloaded with an incompatible version" .

AND

4.TIA14 PRO SP1 -The configuration was created with an earlier version of the TIA PORTAL and cannot upload

so please tell me how can i upload backup ?

 Please see if you can get the information from the PLC. Use the newest version of TIA you have and follow the directions seen in the picture.

       Problem solved and Thank you for your reply .Using TIA 14 SP1 i found installed version is TIA 13  on 1200 CPU and CPU firmware version, Then i uploaded using TIA13 basic

Do you have original program?

From Which version of TIA you are trying to upload?

From attached image error message is not clear ?

Have you tried to Upload backup using Step 7 V 5.x.

Please try to upload backup with Step 7 V 5.x. May be program is downloaded with Step 7 V 5.x.

I do remember this fault while using ET200. Make sure the server module, at the RHS of the CPU, is connected. Then you won't see that error.

I wish my answer is helpful.

I can't get the information of version from PLC. Because I'm connecting through CP 343-1 Lean Simatic NET module to CPU 312. So only getting information of the version of CP not CPU. 

So still the version compatibility is there, so can i upload the HW config
