Hello all, 

first off I've been using TIA Portal V13, SP1, Update 7 for years and with this laptop running windows 10 Enterprise for 1+ years without any issues, Step7 pro, WIncc Advance. Then all of a sudden This crash happens whether I create a new project or use an existing project, the projects new or existing open fine, it's just as soon as you click 'Project View' to actual start to do some work that TIA portal crashes, I have already tried repairs/reinstalls etc with no luck, others seem to have had this problem too and seemed to have received Registry fix scripts custom based on their submitted error file report which I have attached.  

Is there any more known fixes for this? someone said in another post creating a "new user" account fix it, maybe that is within windows. Not sure how that fixed it.

I have an even older PC at my disposal (windows 8) that I have switched to using for now but I'm lost why all of a sudden after a year of use this issue happened, I know updates like Windows may have automatically happened but outside of that nothing else really changed.

Any suggestions or anyone fix the same problem? like I said I had been running over a year before this happened without issue. I know V13 is dated but it did work whether you want to me tell me it is supported or not.

You should send the .dr file through a Support Request so that Siemens can analyze your problem.
