i want to refresh my HSC0 value every second i-e load 0 in it

Hike Posts: 138 Rating: (0)	Thank you guyz. I generated frequency using PTO and looped it back to I0.0 and getting desired result. Now again i got stuck in a problem. Now i want to refresh my HSC0 value every second i-e load 0 in it. But before resetting it i want to save the current count of HSC. How can i do it. Basically i want to calculate RPM of a motor which employs proximity that gives specific amount of pulses per revolution. The theme is that i will count pulses in 1 sec and just multiply it by 60 and divided by (NO of pulses per revolution). Thanks

Thanks Dear Hike, You can use SM0.5 (off 0.5 sec + on 0.5 sec) as per the quick reference "attached". At the positive edge of SM0.5, move the value of the HSC to a word and reset the HSC value.
