Hi,

Change these parameters:
P700=2 : commands from terminals
P701=1 : On/Off
P702=12 : Reverse
P703= 9 : Fault acknowledge
P1000=3 : Fixed frequency

Selection of fixed frequency by default is defined by Digital inputs. Because you do not need to use them I prefer to make them inactive. To make this and to select fixed frequency 6 which default value is 25Hz (=50%):
P1020=0
P1021=1
P1022=1
P1023=0
P1024=0
P1025=0
P1026=0
P1027=0
P1028=0
