Upgrading MicroWIN to SP7 - component transfer error (autorun.inf)

lambertws Posts: 58 Rating: (0)	Help me in upgrading my MicroWIN to SP7. I already uninstall the existing MicroWIN and do the cold restart. In installing period, "Component Transfer Error" window popped up as seen in the attachment. I already turn off firewall and antivirus guard. Anyone get any solution? lambertws Posts: 58 Rating: (0)	It did not work UMENCHO. I even tried to delete all registry that has microWIN in it and clean the old prefetch files. And the problem is still there. Is it the problem caused by other softwares? FYI, I have SIMATIC Manager Step 7 v5.4, Protool V6.0, ASiMON, and STEP 5. Best Regards, Lambert

In addition, during the uninstalation, there are 2 error window with messages : "Unable to retrieve S7SDD string..." and "Unable to retrieve S7DOS..." that show there are some files cannot be accesed by the uninstaller and when I checked at the path, there is no file.

I did the instalation, uninstalation and reinstalation in safe mode, I think there is a service in my OS that automatically delete the temporary extraction. The instalation was not working really well, there were instalations of some ports and networking service that could not be done in the instalation because of the restriction of the safe mode, but as far as I try there is no problem yet. Somebody know about the roots of the problem? Please tell me. Best Regards, Lambert
