Dear all, I am facing some application specific problem with Master Drive MC. I have commissioned Drives product in “Micro Slitter ” Machine. Micro Slitter Machine has three motors Cutter motor, Rewinder motor and Traverse Motor. Cutter and Rewinder Motor are Induction Motor and Operated by Master Drive VC. Traverse Motor is Servo 1FK7 motor and run by Master drive MC by Basic Positioner. This Micro slitter machine slits plastic film into no. of thin (1mm) yarn and it wounds on bobbin(approx 500 nos) which is fixed in rewinder motor. Surface winding principle is using. To wind yarn from one end of bobbin to another end there is traverse mechanism. Traverse mechanism is operated by Servo motor. Servo motor continuously traversing between two position setpoint (i.e after reaching one position sepoint direction of motor changed). I am exactly facing problem as below. When motor changed direction there is a few mili second delay due to that at both end of bobbin, winding of yarn is larger hence overall uneven winding of bobbin. I observed delay as 64 ms in trace. I tried to change Acceleration and Decelleration setpoint but no improvement. Also no improvement by changing Servo andspeed controlgain, Position ok window. Hope some help from you. Firstly, try tracing KK539 then you cansee if it is the basic positioner or the pre-position control that is causing your delay. |
