EM 241 Country Code doubt

I'm sitting in India with a PC (+ modem connectivity). I am in need of upload and download program of the PLC @ Bangladesh through telephone line. Pls give the country code for Bangladesh. I couldn't find this in the S7-200 Programmable Controller System Manual. Or suggest any alternative solution.

Darius Platinum Expert Joined: 9/28/2005 Last visit: 7/24/2025 Posts: 2957 Rating: (243)	Hello, It is not right place to ask for country code, but anyway you might find this link helpful http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/22014460 it will suggest you to look in some table in system manual which you can download here http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/1109582 If your country (Bangladesh in this case) is not supported then the only way is Internet and use of ethernet module. I had the same problem for Uzbekistan.

The EM241 supports: ACA TS-002 (Australia) CTR21 (lots of countries) IC CS03 (Canada) GB3482 (China) PTC200 (New Zealand) FCC Part 68 (USA) if in Bangladesh one of this telecom standards is used, then just select a country with similar telecom standard. Please observe the national laws aboute telcommunication. I hope this helps
