Silly me, of course the wizard will be different. In the basic WinCC wizard you need to specify the parent picture. With BPC this is not necessary as the picture structure is already known. Trust me, that is the wizard you want. Just select the name of the picture to open.

To change the picture within the picture window's name in C the function is:

SetPictureName("BasePicture.Pdl","Picture Window","PictureToBeOpened.Pdl");

I can't generate the example in SP2, since I'm currently working with SP3. But the script in Salma's screen is:
