Niranjan Prasad Posts: 691 Rating: (37)	Dear All I got a strange problem with an IM 461-1 Module, which was running perfectly for many days .I am able to read the Signals of the SM modules in that IM Rack , but when I go online with Hardware Configuration it shows one Cross Mark on that IM Module. And the Diagnostics Buffer says "Module configured but not available" . I am not able to conclude anything as I am getting the Field Values and the Diagnostics of the Module says "Module configured but not available" .

Is there any fault in any signal module that's connected to this IM? Do you have the interface module's EXTF or INTF LEDs on ? Best regards. H-H

Niranjan Prasad Posts: 691 Rating: (37)	Got Solved the issue The Problem was with the Rack..... I think , for some reasons the the pins at the slot of the Rack , which gives diagnostic messages, got damaged . So we were not getting the diagnostics of the IM in that slot . But the pins which were responsible for exchanching data were ok , so we were getting the data of the Modules.
