Check the sample LAD program which written for S7300-400 controllers.Every 10 minute you have a pulse, so you count the pulses and compare it with refrence data from HMI.This is a hour basis timer and if you use S7 counter which are limited to 999 , you have TON time which can work till 999*10/60=166 hours.
