There is mentioned in ALM3.0 will be fixed. So, if now you have a problem (with higher ALM v3) check again the above mentioned link in order to find the real reason for it. Becaus I am using the time zone GMT+ 5.30 from last four years and I never faced this problem with any vertion of ALM. Currently I am using GMT+3.30 in the PC and here is also it is ok. Can you please explain me, what is teh exact problem. HelloSaravana kumar, Please check this FAQ. Why does a message appear in STEP 7 stating that there is not a license key present even though the relevant license key is installed? It's based on ALM 3 Hi, I am not able ot open the link. It shows request timeout error.

The problem happen to me with ALM v3.0. And to conclude we have now two different teams. Some user still suffering from this problems till now although they are using latest version of ALM! *To those I am telling you in this tip how to solve the problem by turn the OS time zone to "xx:00". And also you can contact your Local Siemens Partner.* And some users tells that the problem solved with later version of ALM *I am happy to here that.* I am agree with Umencho to close the thread as it will not be useful for all of us to hear again who are from team 1 and who are from team 2. If someone have a solution for team 1, We have the pleasure to hear. May be solution is some settings in the OS!!! I do not know.
