Dear Experts, In my new project i am using Pressure Transmitter (4-20mA===>0-16Bar). I want to compare the line pressure value greater than 4bar condition one digital ouput on. I have using analog amplifier to scale my analog input sucessfully.And comparator for compare my analog values.If the pressure tansmitter value reaches more than 4bar the comparator output is on. But the value of pressure reducestill the compartoroutput on. I want to know how to compare the analog values and how to reset the comparator ouput. Hi, The problem is in the configuration of the SF002, you should configure the ON and OFF values separately: Why? Because if we use two different values then we can have an hysteresis. The hysteresis is very useful to avoid the out relay flashing on/off when the analog signal is not stable (as it normally is). Suposse that you fix 4 bar as the turn ON value, but the pressure is changing continuosly between 4,01 and 3,98 and then the out is changin on and off. I also changed the scalling to multiply by 10, so now the measurement is more accurate
