Hello smart people,

I have a good working scaling block in TIA, this function i'll have to program also in Step 7 v5.5. What am i doing wrong? Check screenshot! Correct me when i'am wrong but, Norm_X = FC105 and Scale_X = FC106?

The Scale function in step 5.5 Is scaling o to 27648 (piw)to the value range given at Hi-lim and Lo-Lim,
So 80 will be almost 0 indeed.

The Unscale does the opposit, your value wil be unscaled to 0 to 27648 (pqw) with the ranges given at Hi- and Lo Lim.
So if you want to unscale a value between 0 and 100 Hi-lim =100.0 not 27648
