Hello arihant; I do not consider myself as an expert on S7-200 position control, but there is some information available on the subject. You will find the S7-200 System manual in the following link: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/1109582 Chapter 9 discusses open-loop position control, including the Postion wizard and the PTO control blocks. Examination of the different blocks will give you this type of detail: PTOx_MAN Subroutine The PTOx_MAN subroutine (Manual Mode) puts the PTO output in manual mode. This allows the motor to be started, stopped and run at different speeds within the range from Start/Stop speed through Maximum speed as specified in the wizard. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
