Hello, I'm new to programming LOGO plc's and I'm having trouble getting a temp sensor to read properly. It seems to be reading 10x greater than the desired readout. i.e. 683 instead of 68.3. It's a 0-10v sensor with a range of -40-140. The AI goes to an Analog Amplifier with -40 and 140 for measurement values. The amplifier runs to an Analog Flag. This is picked up by a PI Controller (0-1000measurement range) which feeds an Analog Threshhold trigger (0-1000measurement range0 and then out to a digital output. Where am I going wrong?

Hello, When it comes to analog value processing you need to read Betel's posts in this thread. Regards, Marcjan |
