Hi Hossein, Your CP 443-1 is in stop mode because you have not configured it properly in hardware configuration of the PLC. Assign IP address or MAC address of Cp 443-1 in hardware configuration and re-download it. Also attached is the manual which describe how to configure CP along with LED status information. If you have already configuredhardware configuration properly as mentioned in manual then I would suggest you to first inialize CP443-1. For this do the following: 1. Connect CP with ethernet cable. 2. Open NCM (It is under Step 7 folder) 3. Select 'Option' followed by 'Assign Ethernet Address..' 4. Now press 'Browse' button in a window which opens. 5. NCM will come up with IP address of the connected CP. If its new CP then address will be 0.0.0.0 6. Highlight the option and press OK 7. Now you can change the IP address of the CP under 'Set IP configuration' option. Note that this address should be same as that mentioned in hardware configuration. 8. Restart PLC and CP, your CP shall come to RUN mode. Also your diagnostic events shows that in software you are trying access PIW and PQW areas which does not exist in hardware configuration. Only use areas which are present in hardware configuration. Regards Manmeet AttachmentCP443-1-Adv-EX41_76.pdf (55 Downloads) |

>> What are " PIW and PQW " ? About the network , it is used here only ProfiBus network with 12 slaves , Is it possible the error is related to one or more slaves ?
