And yes i have also read installation manual

How to solve this error???? Go to control panel -> programs -> Turn Windows features on or off -> enable Microsoft Message queue MSMQ Server -> press OK -> Then repeat the Wincc installation. Good Luck

The message queing can be added via the appwiz.cpl (add / remove programs) in the actiavte windows components part.
