Migration License from WinCC Flexible to TIA Portal V13

Now i want migrate the application to the new WINCC V13 and i find some problem about to choose the correct order number of software and licenses necessary. Some questions: 1- The eng software that i need is the WINCC V13 ADVANCED or Professional ? 2- The archive license used for WinCC Flex (6AV6 618-7ED01-3AB0) is not necessary with WINCC V13 RUNTIME ADVANCED ? because i don't find it. thank for reply
