At this moment the newest version is the 3.1.26 maybe you can upgrade towards this. If you still haven't solve the cause I would like to suggest to reset the device to factory defaults and reconfigure it completely. Since it's a W744-1PRO it is also interesting to know how many wired ethernet participiants are connected to the W744-1PRO, is it more then 1? If so this is not allowed with the W744-1PRO.
