Can you explain which SW you have exactly installed and which Operating system?

have you installed anything before the crashes occurrs , work this installation correctly anytime?

In the "programData/siemens/automation/portal V13" should be a folder "Diagnostics"

here the dumps for the crash ar stored, can you post this dumps?
