do you install from DVD or from a downloaded SW Package?

I tried it with a downloaded SW package. and even with the Anti virus SW disabled its not working.

get you the same error message again or another?
Can you show if any logfile is created for the Installation?
Type %AUTINSLOG% in the Windows Explorer Adress tab to open the logfile directory.

can you check the File "F:\InstData\TIAESTOUR\Media\TIAESTOUR.msi" exists?
If yes check if you can execute this msi File.
