Data logging program in S7-200

PKK.PLCENGR Experienced Member Joined: 9/14/2011 Last visit: 6/12/2025 Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Dear Sir, I want a sample program for data logging in s7-200 plc for conveyor application ,details as follows : only one DI as input to plc,i.e 24v pulse from controller (1pulse=1ton),per hr max 1000 pulses will come. so now the data should be logged as shift wise that is for every 8hrs say -shiftA at 6am,shiftB at2pm and shiftC at10pm. here the data is added and that added value should be logged. for ex: in shift A at 6am is 700 tons ,the 1st logged value will be 700 with time stamp 6am. in Shift B at 2pm is 500 tons ,the 2nd logged value must be 700+500=1200tons with time stamp 2pm,same for shift C say 800 tons then 3rd logged value should be 700+500+800=2K tons with time stamp 10pm. *this for every 24 hrs for next 24hrs it should start again. please give the program for this application i am beginner for s7-200 plc. thanks in advance with best regards kk
