That is what i have downloaded but keeps asking about license  when i start program

then check if you have always a TRIAL Licence activ on the System.
You can see tthis in the Licence Manager.

Only the Licence is not available for Download.

Have you a screenshot of the message you mean?
Normally it says you have noc licence and ask if you will activate the trial licence.
