Did you update the firmware level in the module in the portal hardware configuration and download the updated hardware config to the plc?

I have a similar problem.

I have a 1215 CPU firmware v4.1.1 and v2.0.3 firmawe CM1241 RS232.

TIA Portal V13 + SP1 + UPD3.

During an update from v2.0.3 to 2.1.0 have messages.

Status
Moduł exists.
Input/output data not available.
Differences between the inserted module and the loaded module configuration were detected.
The online configuration data and the inserted module do not match.

Standard diagnostics
Hardware component not available due to type mismatch.


Firmware loader
The module is not currently ready for a firmawe update.

DIAG LED flashes green (1241).

Please help.
