i am unable to open the attached file in a laptop where TIA V13 installed.
I have tried using another laptop which have TIA V13 SP1 installed.....Also can't open. 

Please assist.

Hi,

I have already got the solution.

The sample program was programmed with WinCC comfort where the user who downloaded the sample only have the WinCC basic license which is why the user is not able to open the file. Therefore teh problem is fixed by opening the same file with another pc which have the license for winCC comfort and the file is converted and the other user who has the winCC basic license can have access to the converted file.
